Dear Melissa, Michelle and families...
Sallie was such a dear friend. We have many happy memories of our time spent with her. I think we talked daily on the phone and laughed a great deal. We were both saddened to hear of her death. In all the sadness that surrounds us at a time like this, it gives us comfort to know that the last weeks of her life were spent with those she loved most dearly. We will be in Milwaukee babysitting and will not be able to be with you all on the 11th. In our hearts we will be with you....in deepest sympathy..."Charlie" and Don
